while importing a theme it says unable to adding {TEMPLATEJS} placeholder,

while importing a theme it says unable to adding {TEMPLATEJS} placeholder, was created by jaws40
I tried to upload serveral themes It says at the end of otherwise correct upload

Unable to adding {TEMPLATEJS} placeholder, please control your startpage.pstpl.

I the past i was able to import themes, this happened after uploading a bootstrap theme
Please advise

What LS version are you using?

What version is the template from?

Can you post the contents of startpage.pstpl?
